When you are a client of HostArmada your domain name is automatically configured to renew itself, as long as it is registered through us. However, there are situations where we are unable to process the service renewal or you have toggled the renewal "Off", thus allowing your domain to expire. When this happens, the domain name enters a grace period that can last from 0-45 days based on the TLD.

During this period you are able to renew it by provisioning the invoice in your Client Area or by contacting our technical support team through the ticketing system. If you prefer an instant response, please contact our live chat representatives on our website. In this 0-45 days window, you will be able to renew the domain name at the same renewal rate you would normally pay. If it is not renewed, the domain will enter the "RedemptionPeriod"in which the renewal will be at an increased cost.
